I love this stuff! It cleans my clothes like a dream and keeps them smelling nice long after the wash. I would give it 5 stars if there was a way to order again without buying another giant plastic tub. The product itself is amazing!

Purchased some of this at my local buff city soaps and idk if it wasn’t mixed properly but it has stained several pieces of our laundry. I have purchased this many times and never had an issue but I haven’t been back since my last purchase.

We used to live in Memphis. Still have daughter and grandkids living there. Our daughter introduced us to your detergent soap via a Christmas present. We love it except the soap cakes up in jar. Has to be broken up to use. One other issue is stores have buy one get one half off sales per our family frequently. We have not seen this as a online customer. We pay full price plus shipping.

Received this laundry detergent as a gift. Actually thought who gives laundry soap as a gift? But once used I wanted more!

This is my all time favorite laundry detergent! It cleans, softens, and my clothing and bedding smells sooo AMAZING! This is way better than washing your clothing or bedding with chemical filled laundry detergent from local super markets! It’s even better than purchasing the detergent for sensitive skin/hypoallergenic. I challenge everyone that is having skin sensitivities to please give this laundry detergent..you won’t regret it! I love the Fresh Cotton scent for my laundry.☁️

Love the detergent! Wish you could make the packaging more environmentally friendly. Maybe a refill option for the container I already have and don’t want to add to a landfill.

By far, the best detergent I have ever used. I bought some at a Farmers Market in Florida to do my laundry while on a beach vacation. I was so in love with it, I found a BUFF CITY store in my home town and now it is all I ever use. Even for someone with sensitive skin, it is so mild and the smell is fresh and clean!!!! I am a forever customer. I have also tried the bath bombs, bath scrub and oils...everything exceeded expectations. If I had one suggestions for repeat customers like myself, I would love to be able to buy in bags and reuse my containers. :-)

I have a boxer puppy that loves the way fresh laundry smells. He’s destroyed a few baskets while trying to get to the clean clothes when I use Buff City Soap. I can’t say I blame him. I love this laundry detergent and I’ve given it as gifts to some of my family…just in case they dog sit one day :)

I can’t help myself from buying this laundry detergent. I’ve gone from a non-HE to HE machine and it works and smells just as great in both types. The smell is AMAZING and we get compliments on the way our clothes smell all of the time.

I simply cannot live without my laundry soap, it is like no other detergent you will buy, I can have my clothes smell like my lotions, bath oils, add more fragrance to my dryer balls and I also like that you only use two scoops. This laundry detergent is the best! Keeps my clothes so soft and smelling great.

I love the smell but I broke out in head to toe hives which didn't happen when I have used other Buff City Detergents. Not sure what is in this but my body does not like it. I had to go to the ER and get a Benadryl shot as well as a 40MG dose of steroids. I also had to take steroids for 4 days afterwards just to get back to normal. I really wish Buff City would list what essential oils and/or ingredients make-up the fragrance profile for the detergents, instead of just saying "Fragrances".

Best laundry detergent I've ever used and the smell is amazing!

I ordered 2 of the fresh cotton online and when I washed my clothes I could barely smell the scent. I called the store to inform them about the scent and the employee was nice and ask if I could come in to the store so they can add more scent to the 2 containers but I live 2 hours away from a store. The employee said she didn't know what else to do about the matter so I was left with 2 containers that barely had a scent. I'm sure if they added more scent it would smell amazing because although the scent is vague it has a fresh smell to it.

It smells so good and you only need such a small amount and the fabric softner is in with the soap I also have the lavender. You should go to the store on Wiles and University they make what ever soap you want. Love It
