Great soap! Smells great, not overly perfumed or artificial. Also feels very nice, not drying at all. I started using Buff City Soaps when I received a free sample about a year ago. I was experiencing very itchy, bumpy skin on my legs, especially after shaving. Anti-itch creams only did so much. Nothing was helping but when I used the Buff City Soap sample, the irritation subsided almost immediately! Never going back to conventional soaps again.

I can feel the effects of the shea butter in this soap, and I like that very much, but I feel like the soap need enough fragranced essential oil to overpower the smell of the chemical that makes the soap.

Got the wrong soap twice. After second time I figured what’s the use. Now my feelings are, “if I can’t physically get to the store I will buy store brands until I can.” It’s odd how I red red good morning sunshine soap for my fiancé and both times was sent friggin’ Citrus with Shea. Customer service has really been on a decline over the past few months. Online customers have been disregarded. It’s like you guys are taunting us or saying “hey if you can’t come shop at a store then you can get what we decide to give you or what’s left over.” My loyalty is to buff city as I’ve bought from you guys for quite some time but I’m gonna be Frank and honest I have been shopping other cold pressed companies because this is getting crazy and I feel like my dollar doesn’t really mean much here.

I love your products, but when my last order arrived the box was ripped apart and the Narcissist detergent was missing and a bar of soap, the All Hail The Queen bar was half squashed and broken. Very disappointing as these items were going to be part of Christmas gifts for friends as I recommend your detergent to everyone. Not sure I would order again after this experience

I love citrus scents and this is the perfect “wakemeuprightnow” scent. It’s also the only soap I’ve used that doesn’t make my skin dry and itchy. The lather is creamy and rich. I love this soap!

I have been using shower gels (as natural as they can be) for years and years, because I don't like the "sticky" feeling after rinsing. Having the shea butter in the soap alleviated the sticky feeling quite nicely!! AND IT SMELLS SO GOOD!!!
